1. General Shipping Information
At Varlon, we are dedicated to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We ship to over 200 countries worldwide, with a primary focus on ensuring smooth delivery within the United States. We work with reliable local carriers to ensure your package arrives safely. For orders within the United States, final delivery is usually handled by the Postal Service (USPS), UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and your location.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days.
Processing includes order verification, quality control, and packaging.
Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.
2. Shipping Time & Total Delivery Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days (depending on your location).

3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Carriers: For US customers, you can track your package via our website or directly through the carrier's website (e.g., USPS) once the package reaches the destination country.
5. Separate Shipments
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, some items from the same order may be shipped separately. This may occur due to:

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Varlon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. However, for most standard orders to the USA with a value below the minimum threshold, no additional fees are typically charged.
